Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Prime 40 Fitness to answer common privacy questions about the Prime 40 / Vitalise 40 mobile and web app ("the app"). It describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password (hashed by our auth provider).
• Profile data: age, weight, height, gender, goal, activity level, state, photo (only if you upload one).
• Activity data: workouts, meals, habits, mood, and AI coach messages you create in the app.
• Device data: app version, crash logs, notification preferences.

How we use it

• Personalise your plan, targets and AI coaching.
• Send reminders you've enabled in Notification Settings.
• Process subscriptions through our payments provider.
• Improve reliability and security.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

AI coaching data

Your AI coach conversations and the profile context you provide (age, weight, goals, recent logs) are sent to our model provider Anthropic (Claude) through the Lovable AI Gateway solely to generate the response you requested. Anthropic processes inputs as a data processor on our behalf and, per their commercial terms, does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models. Conversation history is stored in your account so you can review it; you can clear it any time from the Coach screen.

Health and fitness data

The weight, height, body measurements, workouts, meals, mood, sleep and habit data you log are health-related personal information. We treat this data with extra care:

• Stored encrypted at rest, transmitted over TLS, and protected by per-user row-level security so only you and our authorised systems can read it.
• Never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with data brokers.
• Not written to Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect unless you explicitly opt in (this app does not currently read or write HealthKit data).
• Used only to power features inside the app — your plan, charts, coach context and reminders.

Subprocessors

We use the following providers to operate the app: Supabase (auth/database/storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic via the Lovable AI Gateway (AI coaching). We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

• You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time.
• You can delete your account from Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, photo, logs and chat history.
• You can request a copy of your data by emailing us at the address below.
