These terms apply when you use the Prime 40 / Vitalise 40 app ("the app"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Health disclaimer

The app provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. Always check with your GP before starting a new program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium is billed monthly through our payments provider after any free trial ends. You can cancel any time from the billing portal accessible inside the app. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the app, attempt to break our security, or impersonate others.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll surface a notice in the app for material changes.
